Melora Beauty Store Policies

Shipping policy:

Melora Beauty LLC has a processing window of 7-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays from initial order confirmation and 3-5 business days for delivery. All of our products are hand made and on demand. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been scanned at the post office. Please keep this in mind when placing an order and allow your tracking number to update.

Returns and Exchanges:

Thank you for the interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at melorabeautyllc@gmail.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Your email should include the following information:

~Order number

~Description of the damage/spill

~Photographs to support your case

We will review the case, and if deemed valid, we will provide a gift card or replacement. However, if the product does not deemed valid at seller discretion, you will not receive a replacement or gift card for further purchases. Please note that "damaged or tampered product" refers to cracks, malfunctions, opened packages. Not melted or "different" from pictures. All products are handmade and variations may occur. 

We strive to provide high quality products, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Risk of Loss

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. Melora Beauty LLC cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Most orders are shipped via USPS shipping and include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim:

~By mail: Call 800-275-8777 to have a claim form mailed to you

For international orders, you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your local post office. We are not responsible for these additional charges nor will we provide refunds for package refusal due to these fees or lost overseas. International orders may take a month or more to arrive.

Handmade Products

Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade and may slightly differ from each other/ or from photos.
